Hi! I’m Rachel Rincon. I’ve always had a thing for wedding and event planning—everything from beautiful linens and whimsical flowers to the little details that make each celebration feel unique and personal. My love for this industry started during a college internship in Boston, and after planning my own Cape Cod wedding in 2021, I knew for sure this was my calling. Now, I’m all in, helping couples bring their vision to life without the stress and overwhelm that often comes with planning the big day.

I get it—planning a wedding can be a lot. That’s where I come in! My goal is to take the pressure off you so you can focus on enjoying the process and, most importantly, your celebration. Whether you're planning something grand or keeping it small and intimate, I’m here to make sure everything goes smoothly and looks exactly how you imagined.

When I’m not planning weddings, you’ll find me hanging out with my family, friends, and my golden retriever, Banks. I love spending my summers on Cape Cod, catching some rays at the beach, doing a little shopping, and getting lost in a good book. Life’s all about balance, and those are the moments that inspire me to do what I do best!

Meet Jessica

DAY OF COORDINATOR

Hi, I'm Jessica! As the Day-of Coordinator at Blue Hydrangea Events, I focus on the details that keep your wedding day running seamlessly. From coordinating the timeline and communicating with vendors throughout the day, to guiding the wedding party and making sure everyone is where they need to be, my job is to keep everything on track so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment.

Along the way, I'm also there for all of the unexpected moments that come with a wedding day. Whether it's helping little ones smile through family photos with a few fruit snacks, making sure the bridal party is lined up and ready before the ceremony, or quietly taking care of a last-minute request before you even know it exists, I'm always ready to step in wherever I'm needed.

One of my favorite parts of every wedding is watching all of the thoughtful planning and personal details come together. Seeing each couple's vision come to life never feels like work—it's something I truly enjoy being a part of.

When I'm not celebrating with our couples, you'll usually find me chasing after my two boys, tackling my latest craft project, or enjoying pizza on the beach while watching the sunset over Cape Ann. I feel so lucky to be part of so many unforgettable wedding days, and I can't wait to help make yours one to remember.
